Terms of service

  • Coaching Sessions

    • All coaching sessions are delivered virtually unless otherwise specified.

    • Clients are responsible for ensuring a stable internet connection and the necessary equipment to participate.

  • Session Recording and Transcription

    • Coaching sessions may be recorded or transcribed to aid in providing detailed feedback and action items for the client.

    • Recordings and transcriptions will remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without the client’s consent, except as required by law.

  • Payment

    • Payment is required in full at the time of booking.

    • Sessions are not confirmed until payment is received.

  • Confidentiality

    • All discussions during the session are confidential. Information shared will only be used to provide feedback and guidance.

  • Reel & Project Submission Terms

    • Clients may submit one demo reel and one project (no longer than 15 minutes in total running time) for review during the coaching session.

    • Please ensure projects are submitted in advance of the session to allow for pre-session review.

    • Projects longer than 15 minutes will not be reviewed in full. If a longer project is submitted, the client must select a 15-minute section they wish to have reviewed.

    • Submitted materials must be provided via a streaming link (Vimeo, YouTube, Frame.io, etc.) or downloadable file at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

    • If materials are not submitted in time, the session will proceed as a discussion and Q&A without portfolio/project feedback.

  • Disclaimer

    • Coaching is designed to support professional development but does not guarantee specific results.

Cancellation Policy

    • Rescheduling by Client

      • Sessions can be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without penalty.

    • Rescheduling by Coach

      • As an active working cinematographer, there may be occasions where I am booked on a production job and need to reschedule a coaching session with little notice. In the event this happens, clients will be given the option to reschedule at a later date or cancel the session and receive a full refund.

    • Cancellations

      • Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund or credit toward a future session.

      • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session are non-refundable.

    • No-Show Policy

      • If a client fails to attend a session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy

    • Refund Eligibility

      • Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance.

      • If a session cannot proceed due to technical issues or coach unavailability, clients may choose between a refund or rescheduling.

    • Non-Refundable Fees

      • Fees for completed sessions, late cancellations, or no-shows are non-refundable.

    • Disputes

      • Clients with concerns about their session or refund eligibility must contact support within 7 days of the scheduled session.
